Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking
Your place is reserved once your booking is submitted and payment is received. Each location is limited to 10 women, and seats are allocated in the order bookings are confirmed.
Schedule changes
Rawiah will confirm your final schedule after booking. If a teacher or session time must change, we will contact you in advance and offer an alternative.
Cancellation by the student
You may cancel up to 48 hours before your first session. Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance receive 80% of the amount paid as credit on the Rawiah platform. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the first session are not eligible for credit.
Online hours
Your 15 online hours are held as credit on the Rawiah platform and can be booked at any time that suits you, with no conditions.
Cancellation by Rawiah
If Rawiah cancels a cohort, you will be offered a place in another cohort or a full refund.
